At MathFuel SA, we are committed to providing high-quality digital study resources designed to help students improve their results. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All products sold on MathFuel SA are digital products. This means that once a purchase is completed, access to the materials is granted instantly.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, you must contact us within 31 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error

• You did not receive access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

• Duplicate purchases were made accidentally

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period might not be considered.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, abuse of the policy, or if the product has already been accessed or downloaded.

By purchasing from MathFuel SA, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and understand the no-refund nature of such products once delivered.

Products purchased during any promotional period, discount, bundle offer, or sale are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
